Overview

We are looking for talented and motivated attorneys for our Milan Banking & Finance practice.

Responsibilities

• Proactively participate in drafting and reviewing agreements, memos and opinions.
• Assist in day-to-day client requests and provide timely, solutions-oriented support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a top-tier law firm, domestic or international.
• Ability to deal with complex legal issues and strong writing skills (drafting of agreements, memoranda, legal opinions in Italian and English).
• Experience in finance, general corporate loans and in the area of real estate is preferential.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Full knowledge of substantial legal issues.
