Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage financial reporting and analysis for the legal entity, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision‑making, collaborating with senior leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the entity, aligning with corporate targets and supporting audits to ensure compliance with Italian tax regulations and corporate policies.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, leveraging automation.
• Professional leadership of the finance teams, ensuring continuous development of the employees.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master’s or professional certifications (CFA, ACCA) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/controlling within multinational or matrix organizations, ideally on engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Italian accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, and proficiency in financial software (ERP, Excel, or other finance consolidation tools). Knowledge of MS Dynamics or IFS is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem‑solving, proactivity, and ability to work independently and within a global team.
