Payroll Specialist (Addetto / a Paghe)

Job Farm, a company operating in the Tech sector and specializing in automating personnel management processes, is seeking a Payroll Specialist .

Responsibilities :

• Complete payroll management for a portfolio of clients : processing payslips, compliance with authorities, and mandatory communications;
• Direct assistance to assigned companies;
• Collaboration with the product team for continuous improvement of HR software.

Requirements :

• At least 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing;
• Experience in managing clients independently;
• Good knowledge of the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce and Metalworking;
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
• Interest in HR process innovation and a proactive attitude towards change.
