As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers, solving problems for them and making sure they have everything they need.
You arrive 15 minutes before your centre opens to make sure everything is ready and check there’s nothing the cleaners have missed. Customers start coming in and you handle requests (e.g., changed WiFi code, package arrivals, directions to meeting rooms, setting up projectors, taking drink orders). You sort mail, respond to customers, and coordinate with the Community Manager for events. You plan invites for networking events and create and post posters. As the day ends, you help guide the group to a nearby restaurant and ensure the centre is tidy before you head home.
