We are seeking a motivated and customer‑oriented individual to join our team as an Italian‑speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian‑speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e‑mail/phone calls.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: On‑site (Must be in Portugal or relocate)

Relocation Support offered for international candidates*

Requirements:

• Italian C2 level
• English B2 level
• Customer‑centric or sales attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem‑solving abilities
• Adaptability: comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic and fast‑paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
