Overview

The Job Description is for the Key Lead role at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience, acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and leading store performance through customer experience and daily sales targets.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: at least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
  • Fluency in English and Italian at CEFR B2 level
  • Customer focus

What It Takes

  • Education: High School Diploma/ GED equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience: at least 1 year preferred
  • Supervisor/managerial experience: not required
  • CEFR B2 fluency in English & Italian required
