What You’ll Do:
- Manage contract execution and sales order processes
- Coordinate with HQ and local teams for seamless project delivery
- Handle customer communications on delivery, invoicing, and payments
- Prepare reports on shipments, forecasts, and performance
- Issue commercial invoices and monitor payment flows
- Oversee credit insurance and mitigate payment risks
- Collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in operations or the solar/energy sector is a plus
- Strong knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and logistics
- Familiarity with invoicing and shipping processes
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of Italian business administration
