Position: Restaurant Waiter/Waitress

Location: Nikki Beach Costa Smeralda, Cala Petra Ruja – Sardinia

Season: May 25th – August 31st (possible extension until September 15th or shorter contract available)

Opening Hours: Daytime operation (11.00-19.00)

Contract: Italian CCNL Turismo – Waiter level (with overtime & bonuses)

Benefits: Shared accommodation and meals during shift provided

About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Restaurant Waiter/Waitress to join our dining team. You will deliver attentive, personalized, and high‑standard service to an international clientele, ensuring a smooth flow of operations throughout the day. Your responsibilities include taking orders, guiding guests through our culinary offering, coordinating with runners and bartenders, supporting set‑up and closing procedures, and maintaining a luxury service pace aligned with Nikki Beach global standards.

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in high‑end environments, enjoy guest interaction, and are committed to excellence in every detail.

Prerequisites

• Strong professionalism and refined approach to luxury service
• Ability to create authentic connections with high‑end international guests
• Previous experience in luxury restaurants, 5‑star hotels, fine dining, beach clubs, or upscale hospitality venues (preferred)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, teamwork‑driven environment
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
• Must have the right to work in Italy full‑time (we do not sponsor visas)
• Personal transportation is preferred due to the location
