Job Overview

Title: B2B Digital Sales Specialist

Location: Sofia (Hybrid)

Start Date: 12 Jan 2026

Schedule: Monday/Friday, 09:00-18:00

Salary: 3600 BGN gross + 2000 BGN quarterly target bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct B2B outreach, cold calling, and lead qualification
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Cold Calling Sales Experience, ideally in tech or digital advertising
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Strong understanding of business development and lead generation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment

Relocation Package (Sofia – 10 Days)

  • Up to 490 BGN travel refund after 6 months
  • 10 nights in a city-center hotel (breakfast included)
  • 1056 BGN salary advance (deducted in 3 monthly installments)
