Overview

Supports the Project Lead for the management of SAP4Hana project.

Role and duty – core business

• Supports the monitoring of Project Risks and Budget with the help of the external Business, external consultants and IT Project Manager
• Contributes to define the new CCOA according the HQ Standard Template considering both the local steering requirements and compliance with IFRS and HGB reporting standards
• Supports for the adapting and redesigning the new month end accounting process after SAP4 roll out (e.g. Creation of new journal entries, reconciliations etc)
• Promote that the Accounting Staff is on boarded on time for training and testing
• Supports the analysis for the Project budget spending and the Project roll out set up (what to implement and what not, to which extent etc.)

Competences

• Degree in Economics / accounting is preferred
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• General Accounting Knowledge (IFRS is a plus)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of SAP R3 / SAP S / 4HANA is a plus
