Responsibilities

• Assess, structure, and underwrite W&I policies across a wide range of cross-border transactions.
• Work closely with brokers, advisors, and deal teams; place you at the heart of high-value international M&A activity.

Qualifications

• Candidates will be experienced W&I underwriters with interest in taking on more strategic responsibility.
