We, at iVis Technologies SRL, located in Taranto, Italy at via Luigi Corsi n.50, are currently seeking to recruit a Junior Lean Manufacturing Operator to support Production workflow.

Skills and experience required

The ideal candidate should:

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing CNC machinery, and assembly production line, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of equipment as directed
  • Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to senior operators or Manager
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Required and Preferred Qualification

  • High school diploma Mechatronic or first level Engineer Mechanical/Mechatronic
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Ability to read/understand Mechanical and/or Electronic/Eectrical schemes and drawings
  • Common Instruments measurement basic knowledge
  • 1-2 years previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing setting
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Print circuit board (PCB) and electronic welding parts

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

  • Proficiency in operating standard manufacturing equipment
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications for documentation and reporting
  • Understanding of quality control processes and methodologies
  • CAD/Solid Works knowledge will be a plus

The contract and salary terms will be determined based on the skills, competences and experience of the candidate.
