EduTalent Group are seeking an experienced and passionate IBDP English Language & Literature Teacher to join a leading international school in the Lombardy Region from January 2026.

The Role

You will teach English Language and Literature within the IB Diploma Programme contributing to a dynamic and supportive department. The school offers a rich and inclusive curriculum combining inquiry-based learning and a STEAM approach that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach engaging and well-structured IBDP English Language & Literature lessons
• Inspire students to think critically and communicate effectively
• Design and deliver inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with IB principles
• Assess student progress and provide constructive and timely feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and foster a culture of academic growth

Requirements

• MUST have full right to work in Italy / EU
• MUST have experience teaching IB Diploma Programme English Language & Literature
• Minimum C2 level of English proficiency
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Available to start January 2026
