Project Engineer For E-Mobility

It operates in France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Italy, Germany, UK, and the Republic of Ireland, relying on strong partnerships with Automotive OEMs such as PORSCHE, TESLA, VW, POLESTAR, and FORD.

To consolidate its activity in Italy, ChargeGuru is looking for a versatile Project Engineer to join the Operations team, managing projects for the installation of Electric Vehicle charging stations in Italy. This role involves direct interaction with our international Global team.

Your goals

• Become an expert in the design and deployment of EV charging solutions for individual customers, companies, and multifamily/tenant buildings.
• Build relationships of trust and support the design and installation partners of our network.
• Become proficient with our best-in-class software tools to manage workflows and with the top charging equipment on the market.
• Manage installers, dispatch projects, and follow up until completion, involving yourself in complex projects and monitoring simpler ones.
• Pre-sales activities: study power systems, brief installation partners, and produce technical and economic proposals.
• Post-sales activities: manage purchases and supply of equipment, support installation partners, monitor installations, and interact with customers.
• Participate in cross-functional and international projects to enhance ChargeGuru’s effectiveness in the Italian and European markets.

Your profile

• Engineering degree (bachelor or master), preferably in ELECTRICAL engineering; alternatively, basic knowledge of electrical systems and a strong interest in electrification.
• Experience with electrical equipment, systems, or similar (e.g., TLC installations).
• Good command of English; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of EV charging standards, rules, and regulations is advantageous but not essential.
• Basic project management skills.
