We are looking for a / a Talent Sourcer Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration: collaborate with hiring managers, the TA team, and the Head of People to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
• Strategy Support: monitor market trends and identify and propose effective, innovative sourcing strategies. Create and manage innovative recruiting campaigns to attract passive talents.
• Sourcing and Attraction: identify, attract and engage highly qualified talents that match business needs. Use advanced sourcing technologies and tools, including social media platforms and AI software, to optimize the search process.
• Engagement and Branding: participate in special projects and employer branding activities to improve the company’s visibility in the job market, including industry events.
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): collaborate with the TA team and Head of People to implement sourcing strategies that promote diversity and inclusion in the selection process.

Qualifications

• A degree in psychology, economics, languages, literature, law, or similar.
• Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).
• Experience or willingness to join a fast-evolving, scaling group.
• Extensive English proficiency (B2 / C1).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to use talent acquisition tools and technologies.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Analytical yet creative and solution-oriented mindset.

• Previous experience in large-scale project management.
• Previous international experience.
