Il Grand Hotel Victoria Concept & SPA 5* in Lake Como, part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World and holding 2 Michelin stars, is looking for a Commis Colazioni for the summer season (April – October 2026).

Responsibilities & Duties

• Preparing the bases and line of service.
• Supporting during the service.
• Ensuring cleanliness and order of the station and equipment.
• Applying hygiene standards according to HACCP regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar positions in luxury hotels and/or high‑profile restaurants.
• Professionalism, flexibility and teamwork skills.
• Orientation toward quality service and attention to detail.
• Dynamic, eager to learn new techniques and services.
• Availability to work shifts 06:00 – 15:00.
