Responsibilities

• Perform various food preparations, cooking, and cleaning tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely dish delivery.
• Follow the prep list from the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef, completing all tasks in order.
• Prepare food items daily in assigned outlets and other kitchen areas.
• Ensure dishes are clean and sanitized, operate dishwashing equipment, and maintain supplies.
• Assist kitchen staff in producing menu items to ensure high performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

• Projected monthly income: $2,400 (Hourly wage: $15)
• Housing costs: $600/month
• Meals provided during working hours

J1 Visa Program

This traineeship is part of a J1 visa program designed for young professionals or recent graduates to develop their careers, gain work experience, and enhance their skills through cultural exchange.

The total cost for the J1 visa process and application fees is $1,870, broken down as follows:

• Final payment upon visa approval: $1,450 (including $650 for mandatory health insurance)

About you

To be eligible for a J1 Visa, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be between 18 and 35 years old.
• Have graduated from an accredited institution with a degree related to the job, and possess at least 12 months of professional experience, OR
• Be a young professional with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
