Revenue Growth Representative

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Revenue Growth Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing onboard revenue through effective sales techniques and cross-selling strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Promote services and products offered onboard to meet the different needs of guests.
• Scout potential customers using a push and pull strategy and directly sell products and services or pivot guests towards different business owners to support and increase their performance.
• Present at different touch points around the ship to boost onboard revenue.

Requirements:

• You have a strong passion for sales and customer service.
• You have a secondary school diploma or degree in tourism or languages.
• You have previous experience in retail/sales with good interpersonal skills.
• You have a good command of English and Italian (at least C1 level) plus an additional European language within French or German (at least B2 level).
