Role Description

As a member of the JD team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers to maximize store productivity, surpass sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Assist customers throughout the sales process, from selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met. Provide alternatives and maximize sales through digital channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain sales standards, ensure cleanliness, verify stock levels, and replace stock as needed to ensure full size range availability.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in retail;
• Excellent communication and customer management skills;
• Teamwork orientation and attention to detail.
