Program Manager, PE, JP PE

Amazon Japan's fulfillment network delivers tons of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. As a Program Manager and member of the team responsible for standardizing operational processes, you will be in charge of improving and implementing existing operational flow management at JP Fulfillment Centers. You will focus on optimizing existing processes, implementing established best practices, and managing the execution of standardized operations. Key job responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities through analysis of on‑site metrics, data, and understanding of operational conditions.
• Optimize existing process flows and manage their execution while building and maintaining cooperative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and implement: identify opportunities to improve existing processes, optimize processes, and execute implementation.
• Align and localize: collaborate with global and local stakeholders to implement established processes in JP operations. Assist in the deployment of proven best practices according to defined guidelines.
• Change and standardize: establish process procedures and management methods. Drive efficiency improvements and reinforce standard processes.
• Control and sustain: ensure the execution of standard processes across the network, monitor implementation status, and provide necessary support to enable team members to execute standards effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (学士号).
• 3+ years of program or project management experience (including experience in leading projects with diverse stakeholder engagement) (3年以上のプログラム・プロジェクトマネジメント経験（複数ステークホルダーを巻き込んでのプロジェクト経験を含む）).
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements (データと指標を活用して改善を推進した経験).
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) (中級レベルのExcelスキル（ピボットテーブル＆グラフ、複数条件での検索、ネストされた論理式/IF関数、データクレンジング、配列数式など）).
• Conversational level of English and Japanese (ビジネスレベルの英語および日本語力).
• Master's degree, or MBA in business process, operation, engineering, organizational development, institutional design or related field (修士もしくはMBAでビジネスプロセス、オペレーション、エンジニアリング、組織開発、制度設計、もしくは類似する分野).
• 1+ years of process innovation experience (1年以上のプロセスイノベーションの経験).
• Positive contribution to an inclusive culture and experience working in diverse and high‑utility groups (インクルーシブなカルチャーへの貢献や多様性に富んだグループで働くことに対して前向きであること).
