CRO & UX/UI Specialist


Diesel has long been a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion, known for moving outside and ahead of trends in its industry. Diesel is a truly worldwide organization. It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.


Responsibilities



  • Conduct performance analysis of user behaviors, conversion funnels, and website landing using web analytics tools

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven proposals to optimize website elements, landing pages, and conversion paths

  • Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and make data-informed decisions to improve user experience and conversion rate

  • Lead the design process, from research to interaction and testing

  • Design user flows, create wireframes, prototypes

  • Collaborate-functional teams including IT, marketing, merchandising & CRM

  • Monitor online performance metrics, conversion rate and user feedback to identify areas for further optimization and accordingly

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate effectively CRO & UX insights, results and recommendations

  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in CRO & UX design to improve online performance continuously


Requirements



  • Degree in web marketing or digital communication field

  • 3+ years of experience in a UX/UI role (better if on e-commerce platforms)

  • Be responsible and organized with the ability to work on multiple projects

  • Know how to work with a Design System

  • Be proficient in technology with a focus on mobile

  • Skilled in communication

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven mindset

  • Have a great experience with Figma

  • Have a great experience with UX tools

  • Be proficient in English


Desirable Skills



  • Technology and systems architecture knowledge

  • Knowledge of coding is an advantage (you will not be required to code)

  • Have an experience with Contentsquare

  • Formal UX qualifications

  • Participates in the UX community

  • Italian language knowledge
