Immigration Specialist

Are you passionate about guiding others through complex processes and making their transition to Italy seamless? Our Italian team is now looking for an Immigration Specialist who will support expatriates employed by global companies with their immigration formalities.

Work Location

Ideally based in Milan, or option to work remotely from anywhere in Italy.

About the Role

As an Immigration Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding international employees through the visa and work permit process, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and make relocations smooth and stress-free.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all immigration formalities for non-EU nationals, including work permits, family permits, and residence permits.
• Be the first point of contact for assignees, guiding them through each step of the immigration process.
• Ensure accurate and consistent execution of client instructions with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Liaise with local authorities and governmental offices to facilitate smooth processing of applications.
• Coordinate and maintain clear communication with external consultants when required.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring client satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 2 years in a similar, client-focused role
• Strong understanding of Italian immigration procedures and working with local authorities
• Fluency in Italian and strong English proficiency (B2+), other languages are an asset.
• Proactive, flexible mindset with problem-solving skills, empathy, and cultural awareness
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
