We are currently recruiting a talented trainee lawyer to join our Litigation team in Milan.

You will be supporting senior lawyers and partners who are focused on commercial litigation and act in disputes encompassing a wide range of areas and several industries.

The team mainly provides assistance in advising multinational clients and litigating commercial disputes in both court and arbitral proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Legal research and due diligence
• Assistance in drafting legal opinions
• Assistance in contract drafting
• Analysis of contractual agreements and other legal documents
• Full engagement and involvement in client matters

Qualifications

• Law degree with great academic results
• Candidates will preferably expect to sit for the first session of Italian Bar Exam in 2026
• Excellent communication and drafting skills in Italian and English
• Minimum 6 months' experience in commercial and civil litigation is preferred and will be considered a plus
• Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills
