Global Portfolio Leader, Augmented & Autonomous Operations

We are seeking a visionary Software Product Portfolio Leader to drive this transformative journey. This role is pivotal to our digital mission, utilizing AI, advanced computing, and sensory intelligence to improve operational efficiency, safety, and innovation in the Energy and Process industries. Reporting to the Global Portfolio Manager of Operational Excellence, you will shape the future of autonomous operations, develop strategic roadmaps, and collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality solutions that redefine possibilities for our customers.

The work model is hybrid or fully remote. Presence in the office is welcome but not required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and execute a clear strategy and roadmap for the augmented and autonomous industrial software portfolio, focusing on energy and process industries.
2. Organize related products into a cohesive, customer-centric portfolio supporting scalable autonomous operations.
3. Lead the global autonomous strategy, connecting development teams, business leaders, and customers.
4. Analyze industry trends and needs to develop segment-specific go-to-market plans and solutions.
5. Champion the customer voice to ensure solutions deliver real-world outcomes across industries.
6. Support sales and business development with market insights and strategies for product introduction.
7. Facilitate customer success and build references to expand the digital business across regions.
8. Forge and manage partnerships to foster innovation and broaden market reach.

Qualifications

1. Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree with MBA also accepted.
2. 15+ years of experience in software development, product, or portfolio management in high-tech sectors.
3. Proven track record in delivering AI-driven or autonomous technologies, preferably in industrial applications.
4. Strong understanding of control systems, SCADA, Manufacturing Operations Management, and digital solution architecture.
5. Effective leadership in agile product development and continuous software delivery models.
6. Strategic thinker capable of aligning global teams toward shared vision and goals.
7. Excellent communication skills, engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
8. Experience in change management and digital adoption within complex organizations.
