Overview

Solutions Driven is supporting an international client to seek their experience Area Sales Manager.

A motivated Area Sales Manager / Service Sales to support the development of offers for engineered cooling towers / systems. The successful candidate will utilize proprietary tools and undergo training to conduct plant inspections, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate aftersales support, including revamping and spare parts orders.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize proprietary tools to assist in developing tailored offers for engineered cooling solutions.
  • Conduct plant inspections to identify areas for improvement and corrective actions.
  • Support the acquisition of revamping and spare parts orders through effective communication with clients.
  • Provide general aftersales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in mechanical / energy / aerospace engineering or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within the same role; experience in cooling systems is desirable. Experience in related sectors or industrial machinery is encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and results-oriented skills.
