Location: Anywhere in Greece (including the islands) – 100% Remote
Contract: Full-time Customer Service / Support Role

About the Opportunity

We are looking for motivated and customer‑focused professionals to join our growing Customer Service team. Main Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Offer product or service information with professionalism and empathy.
  • Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate teams when required.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Italian (C2 level).
  • English level: minimum B2 (intermediate) or higher.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely.
  • Stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
