Affiliate Manager

An international software development company with offices in Nicosia is currently looking to recruit an Affiliate Manager for their team. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and a deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and recruit new affiliates.
• Maintain and optimize existing affiliate relationships.
• Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities.
• Search for traffic brokers and negotiate with them to cooperate with our affiliate program on our conditions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 1+ year(s) as an Affiliate Manager.
• Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels.
• Highly organized, strategic, and execution-focused, with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to operate independently and meet established deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and provide frequent reporting.
• Able to take accountability and pride in the quality of work.
• Creative thinker, with technological knowledge and deep business understanding.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence both internal and external partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive, and collaborative spirit.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
