As a consultant at Amaris Consulting you position yourself as a technical and functional expert and act as an ambassador of our organization to clients by applying your interpersonal skills, curiosity and ability to learn in order to support client challenges and deliver value.

Your missions

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for IT solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define business processes and technical specifications.
• Draft functional documents, use cases, and specifications for the development team.
• Support functional testing and validation of implemented solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify areas of improvement within current processes and suggest enhancements.

Your profile

• Experience in project management in IT or digital environments
• Experience in functional analysis and drafting functional documentation
• Experience with stakeholder collaboration and requirement gathering
• Academic background: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
• Fluent Italian and good level of English
• Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
