D2C Logistics Operations Specialist

Randstad Italia is seeking a D2C Logistics Operations Specialist for a leading multinational in the consumer electronics industry (Mobile Experience sector) based in Milan.

Overview

You will oversee D2C logistics operations, monitoring 3PL providers daily to ensure business targets and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• System Monitoring: Manage daily data flows between TMS/WMS to ensure seamless order processing.
• Ticketing & Support: Handle daily customer service claims and coordinate with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) for resolution.
• Reporting: Analyze order portfolios and partner performance using advanced Excel.
• Partner Management: Participate in weekly/monthly business reviews (MBR) to identify improvements.
• Operations & Projects: Support peak season/product launches and contribute to new business development projects.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles, with a focus on Customer Care.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Italian.
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, problem-solving, and strong communication skills for vendor negotiation.

Offer & Contract

• Contract: 1-year fixed-term contract with the explicit goal of permanent stabilization.
• Salary: €30,000 – €34,000 (commensurate with experience).
