Our Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) Business Unit enables businesses to modernize workplace communication integrate collaboration tools and enhance productivity through innovative vendor technologies.
As a Business Development Manager UCC you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies in the UCC business managing vendor relationships and enabling channel partners to succeed in this fast-evolving market.
Define and implement business development plans to increase adoption of UCC solutions across the Italian market.
Manage relationships with UCC vendors aligning on growth initiatives campaigns and joint go-to-market activities.
Identify recruit and develop new partners while supporting existing ones in building UCC competencies.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Presales Marketing Finance) to deliver integrated solutions and campaigns.
Support partners with enablement sessions business planning and training programs to accelerate growth.
Monitor pipeline forecast and sales KPIs ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide market intelligence and feedback to strengthen UCC strategies and positioning.
Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT industry ideally in UCC networking or communication solutions.
Strong knowledge of the Italian IT channel ecosystem (resellers system integrators and service providers).
Previous experience with UCC technologies and vendors is highly appreciated.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills .
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is required.
A self-driven proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver both strategic and operational impact.
