Legal Manager acts as a business partner for functions and teams providing effective and proactive legal support, acting as an advisor, negotiating contracts, managing litigation and complex legal matters and transactions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Act as a business partner for all Departments, supporting the Legal & Compliance Head
  • Draft and negotiate contracts and transactions
  • Support the implementation of business projects by assessing risks relating to business activities and proposing potential solutions to mitigate them
  • Collaborate in the management of litigation and investigations
  • Partner and liaise with external counsels and legal experts, facilitating the collaboration with company Depts., also with regards to IP topics
  • Support activities regarding compliance issues, such as 231, anti-trust, conflict of interests, etc.
  • Participate in the development, revision and implementation of legal policies, procedures and guidelines

What you’ll bring to the role :

Essential Requirements :

  • 2+ years of previous experience in similar roles
  • Law Master Degree
  • Italian and English Fluent
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry, in multinational company as a plus
  • Previous experience in IP related issues as a plus
  • Proven ability to interact actively with a large number of stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (PPT)
