Job Purpose/Role

The candidate will support the Pricing unit with activities such as:

• Data collection and preparation for analysis and modeling
• Developing and updating statistical models for Motor products using techniques like GLM and Machine Learning
• Analyzing classification based on technical features
• Creating demand models with various algorithms
• Revising tariffs based on statistical evidence
• Regular assessment of model quality and accuracy
• Data exploration to enhance model predictiveness
• Updating portfolio analysis with key KPIs to monitor performance
• Supporting portfolio or ad hoc analysis through data processing

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Physics, or Computer Science
• Proficiency in Python, SAS, SQL
• Office suite skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Curiosity for new approaches and continuous learning
• Team spirit, self-motivation, proactive, results-driven, and ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Fluent in Italian and English
