Your Responsibilities

Sales & Market Development

  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for the Italian market.
  • Analyze customer needs and challenges developing customized solutions in collaboration with technologists and departments in Germany.
  • Focus on parts and service requirements creating proposals and concepts in close cooperation with the local service and refurbishment unit.

Customer Engagement & Representation

  • Represent Voith Paper professionally in customer meetings presentations workshops and trade fairs.
  • Ensure strong technological positioning and deliver value-driven solutions.

Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing information.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches and marketing campaigns.

Middle East Coordination

  • Coordinate sales activities with our agents in the Middle East.
  • Provide on-site support through bi-annual customer visits together with agents.

Reporting Structure

  • Direct reporting to the Managing Director of Voith Paper Schio.
  • Functional reporting to the Sales Director EMEA South.

Your profile

Education & Experience

  • Degree in mechanical engineering process engineering paper technology or a comparable technical qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in a technical environment.

Professional Background

  • Ideally experience in sales or product management.
  • Solid knowledge of the paper industry.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales orientation and goal-driven mindset.
  • Ability to contribute innovative ideas and collaborate effectively with specialist departments.
  • Excellent communication skills and understanding of customer perspectives.
  • Assertiveness and an efficient working style.
  • High level of intercultural competence.

Languages

  • Very good written and spoken Italian and English.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel approximately 60% to customer sites.
