IT Manager

Responsible for IT Support Management and Maintenance for the entire company.

Manage rights for users within the company and provide support to users.

Oversee IT-related local contracts, including investments, leasing, software licenses, and backups.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of software and hardware use.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Skills: good organizational skills, good coordination skills, problem solving, tactical planning, and effective communication.
• Ability to work at different organizational levels and lead a small team.

Additional skills:

• Initiative and proactivity, calmness, confidentiality, loyalty, resilience under stress, and good customer relations.
• Average knowledge of English (writing and speaking).
• Knowledge of ITIL and basic networking skills.
• Knowledge of the Logistics industry is a plus.
