What The Job Looks Like
- Data collection and analysis to implement standard times for performing laboratory tests, optimizing operator time and improving processes
- Collaborate with the Quality Control Team to achieve the targeted OPEX KPIs within the laboratories, especially implementing new OPEX projects in the Incoming Materials Chemical Laboratory
- Operative tasks supporting standardization and continuous improvement processes/activities
- Monitor the transfer of knowledge and identify best practices
- Implementation and maintenance of the 5S methodology
- Cross-functional collaborations and reporting data to the Opex team
What You’ll Bring To The Table
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. management engineering, chemistry or pharmacy)
- Empathy and excellent communication skills, presentation and influencing skills
- Analytical and Project Management skills
- Fluent both in Italian and English
- Excel knowledge
