Key responsibilities
- Drive technical architecture decisions for large‑scale robotics systems
- Develop technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
- Partner with Product, IT, Software, and Hardware teams to define requirements
- Mentor and develop engineering talent
- Travel up to 80% is required.
About the team: The manager leads a team of 6 engineers who will support and manage the projects independently. The team is located in EU but has a global impact.
Basic qualifications
- Systems architecture and design
- Robot Operating System (ROS)
- CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Performance optimization
- Real‑time systems
- Lead an international team
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
- 5+ years of engineering management experience
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and robotics
- Track record of delivering large‑scale technical projects
- The role is a deployment that requires more deployment experience at construction sites as software development experience.
