This successful candidate will be part of a very dynamic, highly motivated and fast‑growing Analytics team in Italy and will develop analytical solutions to the benefit of our clients’ and their customers. He/She will be based in our Rome office. The role holder must have significant experience (5‑6 years at least) in the development of analytical projects in the field of credit risk management, anti‑fraud modelling and or Marketing. Knowledge and experience of regulatory‑driven analytics (AIRB, IFRS9 etc.) and/or experience in development of machine learning models (especially applied to credit and fraud risk management) will be a major plus. Note: this position offers flexibility based on the candidate's experience and leadership capabilities. For more senior candidates, the role may include expanded team, project, and client management responsibilities, with compensation and expectations adjusted accordingly to reflect this increased scope.
