Marketing Manager-Emea

Marketing Coordinator– EMEA (Holistic Well-being) – Marketing Manager position to support strategic growth initiatives across the European market for a leading organization in the holistic well-being sector. This role bridges marketing ensuring consistent communication, effective tools and training programs to empower the sales force and drive business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales activities such as events, incentives and promotions, including organising webinars, managing communications, coordinating translations and producing marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of initiatives.
• Assist with market research and product‑related strategies, including logistics for product launches.
• Monitor project timelines and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Prepare business proposals and create video presentations to support strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate training sessions for the sales force (virtual and in‑person) and provide tools to enhance performance.
• Plan and manage regional events, including venue coordination and agency liaison.
• Deliver competitive intelligence and market trend analysis.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels (excluding social media).
• Conduct customer surveys and manage distributor recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical skills for data management and reporting.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to business needs.
