Assistant Store Manager M/F - Taormina (Season 2026, starting around late March)

We are currently seeking an outstanding Assistant Store Manager to join our store in Taormina (CDD Full time 40h) for the 2026 season starting around late March.

The Assistant Store Manager works closely with the Store Manager on daily operational tasks, sales targeting, and customer service excellence. The role also supports visual merchandising, training, and back‑office duties to help drive store revenue.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Support sales and visual merchandising (VM)
• Team support and development (training, coaching, etc.)
• Back‑office tasks (reporting, planning, stock management, inventory, loss prevention, etc.)

Skills, Experiences and Knowledge:

• Profound experience in a similar leadership role
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Passion for the brand and the fashion retail industry
• Strong communication skills – positive interaction with team and clients in store
• Fluent in English and Italian
