Job Title: Customer Solutions Engineering Specialist

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Engineering Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the entire order handling process, including prospecting, tendering, technical specifications, traffic calculations, CAD and layout drawings, and estimating delivery times and costs. You will act as a key technical contact for our customers and provide essential support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management

• Support sales staff by analyzing customers’ technical needs and developing proposals that showcase how our solutions meet those needs.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and participate in planning and specification meetings as required.

• Provide technical and cost estimation support throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate specifications and delivery timelines with the Supply Line, Sourcing team, and local subcontractors.
• Ensure engineering solutions comply with all applicable codes, safety regulations, and standards.

• Ensure the technical accuracy of engineered solutions during delivery.
• Organize and manage all order documentation and confirmations.
• Handle technical drawings and related project documents.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Fluent in written and spoken English
