Position summary

Supervisor for the brand Ploom, leading a team in the field marketing of a leading tobacco company (brands Camel and Winston). You will manage a team to achieve sales objectives for the new heated tobacco product, Ploom X, and coordinate activities in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate performance of Ploom Ambassadors.
• Preside specific channels to create engagement with customers.
• Supervise continuous training of the team.
• Assist teammates on the field to share best practices.
• Collect and interpret data and information essential to reach goals.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in Milan and at field locations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar or comparable role.
• Comfortable managing a work team.
• Strong knowledge of the local territory.
• Wide network in events, or ability to grow a strategic network.
• Attention to details and KPIs to improve performance.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Valid B driving license and own vehicle.
• Organized and initiative‑taking.
