Contract Type: Permanent, with 14 monthly payments

About the Role

We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team dedicated to the small home appliances sector.

The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a good command of English.

You will work remotely from anywhere in Portugal, providing support to Italian customers via phone, email, and chat.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Italian (and in English when required).
• Handle inquiries related to products, orders, warranties, and complaints.
• Deliver quick and effective solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Meet quality standards and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and communication.

Requirements

• Excellent command of Italian (C2) and good knowledge of English (B2).
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in an international environment.
• Residence in Portugal (fully remote role).

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday: 08:00 - 18:00 (Portuguese time).
• Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: 1,000 × 14 months.
• Additional bonus: 100 × 12 months.
• Meal allowance: 7.23 per working day.
• Transport allowance: 20 per month.
