Orienta SpA – Società Benefit, filiale di Venezia-Mestre, ricerca e seleziona BARISTA | BANCONISTA per un’importante azienda cliente operante nel settore Travel Retail all’interno di un punto di ristoro presente nella STAZIONE DI PADOVA (PD).

Responsibilities

• Preparation and sale of food and drinks
• Activities of the coffee shop
• Managing the activities related to the correct operation and organization of the food service point
• Customer orientation and service to clientele
• Cash operations

Requirements

• Previous training in the hospitality sector and/or in the role of barista / banconista
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Flexibility in working hours, able to work on a shift basis
• Excellent relational and communicative skills

We Offer

• Initial contract for a definite period, with a concrete possibility of long‑term stabilization
• CCNL Pubblici Esercizi e Turismo – 5° livello
• Shift work: full‑time 40 hours or part‑time 24 hours per week, Monday to Sunday; shifts organised in rotation from 05:00 to 21:00, no split shifts
• Salary proportionate to hourly commitment, with additional majorations for holiday, night work and overtime
• 14th monthly remuneration
