As a Enterprise and ESG Risk Management Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward‑thinking team based in Milan. Together, we work on the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and processes across Enterprise Risk, Financial Risk, and ESG Risk domains.
About Your Future Role
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring enterprise‑wide risks.
- Exposure to strategic risk topics and cross‑functional projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conduct ESG risk‑related activities.
- Contribute to financial and liquidity risk analysis.
- Support the development and maintenance of risk registers and risk dashboards.
- Participate in risk reporting activities for internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in risk management, finance, or consulting.
- Understanding of risk management principles.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
