Working Student Project Manager / PMO (all genders)

We are hiring a Working Student Project Management Officer to join our project team in Munich. You will report directly to the project manager and support various projects with different levels of complexity. You will serve as the business key contact and act as an interface between business and IT.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Support the Project Manager in managing projects, including stakeholder relationships and deliverables related to time, cost, and quality;
• Participate in cross-functional working groups to translate business requirements into system specifications;
• Assist with documenting customer business requirements;
• Support user acceptance testing and investigate questions, issues, and defects;

Manage expectations and satisfaction of clients, project sponsors, and stakeholders.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU TO FULFILL YOUR ROLE

• Enrolled in a university degree in an analytical field such as Economics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related disciplines;
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work effectively with management and as part of a team to meet targets;
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely with them to find acceptable solutions;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;

Business proficiency in English and German is required. Proficiency in Italian is a plus.
