You support the full spectrum of marketing for the Club — from executing campaigns that drive visibility and revenue, to keeping our digital and print channels sharp, timely, and impeccably on-brand. You work closely with our Director of Marketing & Brand and collaborate across Membership, Events, and F&B to bring The Wilde’s identity to life—day in, day out.
You manage our CMS, CRM, and Marketing Cloud platforms with confidence. You write with elegance in both Italian and English. You coordinate newsletters, social media, content production, and visual storytelling with precision and style. You’re fluent in data, not just design—and use performance insights to optimise everything you touch. Whether it’s planning activations, overseeing a shoot, or covering a live event, your approach is thoughtful, creative, and results-driven.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate and implement omni-channel campaigns across digital, print, and in-Club touchpoints.
- Lead the monthly newsletter process from planning to publishing—ensuring it informs, inspires, and performs.
- Manage digital platforms: Wagtail (CMS), Salesforce (CRM), Marketing Cloud, Playable, Codebase, Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Write and edit content in flawless Italian and English, from posts to emails to print collateral.
- Collaborate with Membership, F&B, and Events teams to support key campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure the website, app, and digital asset library are always accurate, aligned, and up to date.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots, and support live event coverage to ensure quality brand storytelling.
- Track campaign metrics and member engagement, producing actionable reports and insights.
- Liaise with agencies and creatives to deliver compelling, brand-aligned content.
- Monitor trends and best practices in digital marketing, lifestyle, hospitality, and culture.
Who you are:
- You have 3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or cultural sectors.
- You’re fluent in both English and Italian—writing, proofreading, and storytelling in both with ease.
- You’re comfortable across platforms: Salesforce (mandatory), Marketing Cloud, Wagtail CMS, Meta, LinkedIn, Playable.
- You understand how to turn data into insight, and insight into action.
- You have a sharp editorial eye and a strong sense of brand voice.
- You’re collaborative, organised, and always looking for a smarter way to work.
- You move fast, but with care. You deliver, without compromising on detail.
