Demand Planner - Supply Chain

Rentokil Initial, the world's leading provider of business services, is seeking a Demand Planner to support its Supply Chain department. With over 100 years of experience, Rentokil operates in more than 90 countries, employing over 57,000 people and generating an annual revenue of £3.5 billion.

The Italian branch, serving approximately 28,000 clients with a team of around 650 employees, focuses on Hygiene Services and Pest Control, including recent acquisitions of CWS-boco Italia and Gico Systems.

Job Description

The Demand Planner will assist the Supply Chain department with forecasting and inventory replenishment activities. Responsibilities include maintaining forecasting models, analyzing business data, coordinating with sales and marketing for order planning, supporting special requests, and maintaining product master data in Navision.

Main Responsibilities

1. Analyze network needs and consumption patterns
2. Define SKUs in warehouses
3. Set delivery times for products
4. Generate stock management reports
5. Monitor service levels through official reports
6. Plan order quantities and place purchase orders
7. Manage product master data entry in systems
8. Support the Supply Chain Department
9. Handle incoming and outgoing documentation
10. Manage goods movement and transportation

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience in demand planning
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables) and Google Suite
• Good knowledge of ERP systems such as Navision or SAP
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in multi-warehouse companies
• Availability for travel across Italy
