B.Recruit is recruiting an Operations Technician, for a prestigious Global Company, specialized in Retail & Property Management, in Biella, Italy.The role involves the support to the Operations Manager, in the management and supervision of the following activities:

Responsabilities:

• Maintenance;
• Security & Concierge;
• Cleaning;
• Reporting & Control;
• Procurement & Financial Control;
• Investment & Budget Planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Environmental) and experience aligned with the role;
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with team management experience;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Results orientation and resilience;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Fluency in English
