Junior Engineer / Scientist

Crìa Technologies is a deep‑tech startup developing breakthrough high‑vacuum thermal insulation solutions for ultra‑compact cold‑chain logistics, serving biopharma, cell and gene therapy, IVF, humanitarian logistics, and emerging cryogenic applications.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated Physicist, Chemist, or Engineer to join our Naples technical team and work hands‑on on laboratory development, prototyping, and testing of advanced vacuum‑insulated and cryogenic systems.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering with the 110/110 final grade at both Bachelor’s and Master’s level.

At least 3 months of laboratory experience (thesis, internship, or research project).

Experience with vacuum and/or cryogenic systems is highly considered.

Strong motivation to engage in a fast‑paced startup environment is essential.
