Job Opportunity: Optical Sales Associate in Jesolo (VE)

Grafton Retail & GDO, a dedicated team within Gi Group Spa, specializes in enhancing candidate experiences and skills in the retail and large distribution sectors. We are currently seeking a candidate for the following role:

Position: Full-Time Optical Sales Associate in Jesolo (VE)

Join a large optical store featuring an extensive display of approximately 5,000 models of glasses, including prescription and sunglasses, organized by brand.

Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming customers and assisting with sales
2. Managing cash register and processing orders
3. Restocking and organizing the display space, inventory management

Requirements and Attributes:

• Experience in sales and certification as an optician
• Strong interpersonal skills and sales aptitude
• Customer-oriented and team player

Work Details:

Full-time, 40 hours per week, working shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Contract and Compensation:

• Direct contract with the client company
• Reference National Collective Labour Agreement: Commerce
• Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience, plus an incentive system
